Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Tech Lead to establish the QA
function across several AI products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, develop, and mentor a QA team, focusing on engagement and
performance
Refine and extend the existing QA infrastructure for multiple
AI-driven products
Evaluate LLM performance and maintain virtual testing environments
across various programming languages
Essential Qualifications
10+ years of QA experience, including 7+ years in test
automation
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members
Proficient in multiple programming languages and diverse tech
stacks
Experience in designing and building test automation
infrastructure
Knowledge of AI and ML technologies with hands-on experience
