Job Description:
A company is looking for an Asset Resolution Specialist to
manage loan workouts and assist customers in default.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of defaulted loans and implement loss mitigation
strategies
Analyze workout options for delinquent loans and propose the best
return strategies
Negotiate with investors and communicate loan status to borrowers
and involved parties
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience
Bachelor's degree
General knowledge of the loss mitigation process
Ability to guide customers through retention and liquidation
processes
Self-starter with the ability to manage a pipeline
independently
