Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to onboard new
agents and agencies in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new agents and agencies and process enrollments
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding
process
Provide support to the sales team and deliver exceptional agent
services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or
related fields
3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or
marketing, preferably in healthcare or insurance
State Required Insurance License
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
brokers and agents
