Job Description:
A company is looking for a Region Sales Director to lead a
high-performing team and drive sales across a diverse
territory.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, train, and set expectations for sales associates in the
region
Develop programs and selling strategies to motivate the sales force
and stimulate sales
Prepare sales forecasts and analyze sales data for the region
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent/applicable experience required
3-5 years of proven leadership experience in team development and
management
Several years of successful outside sales experience with strong
industry knowledge
Distribution experience and a scientific background or laboratory
experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with C4C or Qlikview
is a plus
