design, implement, and manage rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
Implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Assist in developing a global benefits strategy in collaboration
with leadership and brokers
Conduct market analysis and job evaluations to ensure competitive
compensation and internal equity
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
relevant certifications are a plus
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis with a focus on
market pricing and administration
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, market
trends, and regulations
Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong analytical skills
Proven experience in managing compensation projects and
implementing successful programs
