  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide timely, relevant, and accurate financial information to the corporate office.
  • Enhance hospital visibility by involvement in community regarding mental health and substance abuse community needs.
  • Supervise the Leadership Team and function as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees.
  • Express ideas effectively in individual, public, and group situations and work collaboratively to find solutions to problems. Role model competence, enthusiasm, and commitment to quality that is desired from all hospital staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.QualificationsQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare and/or administration. Master's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting desirable. Working knowledge of the addiction and recovery field and experience in clinical practice, working effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, and communication with organizations or comparable entities preferred.
    • License: Valid driver's license.
    • Additional Requirements: Must provide proof of auto insurance.
