Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Application Analyst to provide
expert-level support for clinical and business applications within
their Managed Services division.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to application support requests and incidents within
defined SLAs, ensuring expert-level customer service
Manage application and team documentation for accuracy and
relevance
Plan and execute application upgrades and security patches while
collaborating with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering,
Healthcare Informatics, or 11+ years of industry experience
8+ years of experience in healthcare IT or a similar IT application
analyst position
Proven experience in executing ITIL-aligned service management
processes
Extensive experience in application support and documentation
management
Deep understanding of healthcare information systems and electronic
health records (EHRs)
