Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Data Science - Demand
Planning Ops.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to analyze customer purchase
behavior and store performance
Collaborate with team members to influence strategic decisions and
create financial forecasts based on customer behavior analyses
Develop reports and data visualizations to track changes in
customer behavior and spending patterns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, math, or a related
field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytics or statistics, with 2
years preferred
Experience with statistical programming languages, specifically R,
and data management tools like SQL, Hive, or Hadoop
Experience in pricing, merchandising, marketing, and the retail
industry is strongly preferred
Desire to learn new analytic techniques and a commitment to solving
business problems creatively
