Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to guide
applicants through the enrollment process for a diabetes treatment
program.
Key Responsibilities
Guide applicants through the enrollment process via phone, chat,
and email
Individually enroll applicants and achieve quarterly quotas
Continuously improve the enrollment process and communicate
effectively with applicants
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience,
preferably in healthcare
Experience in admissions, enrollment, consultative sales, or
recruiting
Excellent time management skills and ability to work
independently
Familiarity with Google Apps, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
Desire to learn and communicate the science behind the
treatment
