SummaryThe Order Fulfillment Team is a dedicated and
customer-centric group, committed to ensuring the processing and
management of customer orders from placement to invoicing. We play
a critical role in responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and
maintaining accurate documentation to support customer satisfaction
and operational efficiency. Our team collaborates with various
departments within Commercial Operations and our Sales and
Marketing teams to ensure that each order is handled with precision
and care, meeting the expectations and needs of our customers. The
impact of our work extends beyond the business itself, as the
orders for the products we manage are essential for timely testing
and diagnosis within the community. Our commitment to accuracy and
efficiency is vital in ensuring that these life-saving products are
available when they are most needed, contributing directly to
public health and well-being.This internship position is located in
Indianapolis, IN (on-site). The Opportunity
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce CRM
(Service Cloud) system.
- Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives focused
on Order Fulfillment.
- Facilitate the migration of current departmental forms from
Smartsheet to monday.com.
- Execute and manage support functions, reporting, and databases
to identify opportunities for optimizing order channels and
implementing best practices in order processing.
- Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to develop and
implement strategies and materials that promote best practices for
customer ordering.Program Highlights
- Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid
internship.
- Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)
- A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help
alleviate costs associated with the internship.
- Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical
projects.
- Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology
industry.Who You AreRequired Education:You meet one of the
following criteria:- Must be pursuing or have attained an
Associate's Degree.- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled
student).- Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree (not currently
enrolled in a graduate program).Required Majors:Business
Administration, Supply Chain and/or related fields.Required Skills:
- Strong computer skills with competence in Microsoft Suite and
Google Workplace.
- Strong communication (oral and written), collaborative problem
solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment in a
fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles.Preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
- Competence in Salesforce (ServiceCloud), SmartSheet, monday.com
and SAP applications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal
skills.

salary range for this position based on the primary location of
Indiana is $20.00-$26.00 an hour. Actual pay will be determined
based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other
job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies
