We are going through a change to our foundation to modernize our catalog of services, improving our ability to tackle new capabilities.This internship position is located in Indianapolis, On Site.The Opportunity

• You will collaborate with the data analytics team to gather requirements and understand the data sources,while assisting in the design and development of a global dashboard to visualize key metrics and data points.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including internal databases, websites, servers, and third-party APIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the dashboard, as well as perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis when needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the dashboard including design specifications, user guides, and data sources.
• Test the dashboard for functionality, performance, and usability, and work with stakeholders to gather feedback and make iterative improvements to the dashboard.Program Highlights
  • Intensive 12 weeks full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
  • Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)
  • A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.

  • Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.Who you are (Required)Required Education.You meet one of the following criteria:- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.Required majors. Informatics, IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Science or related fields.Required skills:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Data Mining experience / understanding of how data is extracted and presented in a user friendly way.
    • API understanding.Other Preferred Qualifications
      • API development, prior Telecommunications experience.
      • Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
      • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
      • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position in Indiana is $45 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
