Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote USCIS N-400 Legal Assistant
(Prepare Filing).
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze case documents and prepare N-400 naturalization
applications for filing with USCIS
Communicate with clients regarding procedural requirements and
assist with document collection
Track and manage the status of N-400 cases using case management
systems and maintain accurate files
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in immigration law, specifically with USCIS
N-400 petitions
Familiarity with USCIS procedures and naturalization eligibility
criteria
Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal
Proficiency with case management software
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
