Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technologies Solutions Architect to
design and implement Real Estate Technologies systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in enhancing Business, Information, Application,
and Technology Service offerings
Collaborate with various teams to recommend technology and business
solutions that align with client needs
Design and develop Technologies and solutions such as EAM, CMMS,
and IWMS
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field
10 years of experience in designing and implementing Real Estate
Technologies
Project management experience is a plus
Strong professional writing skills, including proposals and
technical documentation
Ability to lead and provide technical guidance throughout project
lifecycles
