Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead and
manage scrum teams in complex agile programs.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove obstacles to enhance team
effectiveness
Plan and manage software releases to ensure timely delivery of
benefits
Oversee backlog refinement and optimize resource deployment for
maximum value
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
3 to 6 years of relevant experience
1 to 3 years of experience supervising and directing teams
Experience with agile methodologies and digital strategy
execution
Proven track record in program risk management and transformational
change
