Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to assist in
managing product and software development teams as a servant
leader.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
while facilitating communication between project teams and external
groups
Facilitate daily team meetings, address roadblocks, and ensure
project deadlines are met
Organize demos and product/system testing, and mentor scrum teams
in agile practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project Management
in an IT organization, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years
of experience
Scrum Master Certification is required
Advanced Scrum Master Certification is preferred
Knowledge of relevant systems and processes is preferred
