Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Database Developer - Clinical
Performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, implement, and maintain software while optimizing
and automating processes
Drive clinical relationships and engagement with internal partners
to improve health outcomes and reduce costs
Develop comprehensive reporting packages to enhance physician
practice performance and member outcomes
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of SQL Server and/or Snowflake experience, including data
transformation activities
3+ years of experience with scripts and automation of processes
using stored procedures
3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and/or IT
Development
Healthcare experience
Proven ability to support automation using programming languages
such as Python or C#
