Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Technical Support Analyst to
provide technical support and customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage inbound customer/employee inquiries through
online cases and email
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients to timely
resolutions
Document and track issues, escalating complex cases as
necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficient PC skills, specifically in Windows
1 or more years of end-user technical support experience with
customer contact
Experience using a ticketing system such as Salesforce or
Mantis
Technical customer support experience preferred
Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
