Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join
their team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain organized electronic personnel records and
ensure HRIS databases' accuracy
Leverage HRIS systems to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage
personnel files
Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with senior team
members on automated reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
Basic familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and tools like
Google Workspace and Excel
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment
Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience collaborating on project-based initiatives within a
team
