Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resource Advisor who will serve
as a primary contact for associates and leaders regarding HR
policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for complex HR inquiries and focus on case
resolution
Conduct internal investigations and address employee relations
issues
Offer performance management guidance and support to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field preferred, or a minimum of 4 years of HR generalist
experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner,
Advisor, Manager, or Generalist role
Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment law, including
investigations into workplace issues
Ability to make decisions and seek resolutions independently
Proven consultancy skills with business leaders
