  • Job Details
  • Adult and pediatric burn trauma surgical ICU RN. Primary RN Care model. Nursing care ratios 1:2 for critical care patients. 1:1 nursing care support for burn trauma code 1 admissions and high acuity and post-operative patients.
  • Needs include invasive hemodynamic monitoring (At least Q 1 hr), IV drip titration, nurse driven burn fluid resuscitation following Parkland formula, ventilator management, CVVH, Q 1 h pulse and flap doppler checks, initial debridement and dressing changes, conscious sedation, surgical recovery, epidural pumps.

    • Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
    • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs. Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement. Copy of the physical license is not required.
    • Education needs to be validated at the source level in accordance with applicable governing laws. Inaccurate information and/or unexplained gaps must be reviewed by the Third Party.
