Responsibilities Include:- Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians.- Provide in-home care to patients.- Prepare and record clinical notes for the clinical record.- Perform assigned tasks ordered, including the administration of treatments and medications, and assessments of the patient's overall health.- Follow up with case managers and physicians as needed.- Complete electronic documentation and paper documentation that meets the standards of state and federal guidelines.- Participate in continuing education as required. Qualifications Include:- Licensed and registered.- CPR certified.- Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance.- Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, pass a fit to work physical, and be free of communicable diseases.PI8093ace35458-25660-34127702
