Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Operations to join our team at Waterford Place Health Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Nursing Department, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Clinical Operations: Oversee the implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and other stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals.Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours. Ability to lift at least 50lbs.What We Offer
