Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Manager or
Senior Technical Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to escalated client support calls for managed services and
provide real-time resolution on various issues
Manage team operations, mentor team members, and drive priority
incidents towards resolution
Prepare status reports, participate in pre-sales activities, and
conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing technical operations and customer
engagement
Ability to mentor and enhance team skills
Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution
processes
Experience in preparing technical documentation
Knowledge of identity and access management solutions is
preferred
