Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Business Analytics &
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a team of analytics experts to create reporting
and data-driven solutions
Anticipate business needs and identify opportunities for efficiency
within the team
Collaborate with various business leads to meet organizational
objectives and build quarterly analyses for the Board of
Directors
Required Qualifications
10+ years in business analysis, management consulting, or
investment banking
3+ years of management experience with proven leadership skills
Experience in data analytics within Health and Welfare benefits
administration
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and expert
in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of SQL and ideally Python
