A company is looking for a Principal Product Management - Digital Workplace Solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

Drive the evolution of Service Desk offerings using emerging technologies
Lead the ideation, development, and go-to-market strategy for Service Desk services
Engage with various stakeholders to ensure operational viability and market readiness of solutions


Required Qualifications:

University degree and/or 5-10 years of experience in IT support services and solution management
At least 3 years of experience in service desk operations
Knowledge of ITIL processes and practical delivery of service management
Experience in architecting solutions and working with sales teams
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between build vs. buy options
