A company is looking for an Associate Director, People
Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Drive analytics to enhance talent development and performance
management systems
Evaluate organizational networks to improve workplace productivity
and employee engagement
Conduct research to generate insights and translate analytic
results into actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Psychometrics, Psychology, Statistics,
or a related field
5+ years of experience in advanced analytics and psychometric
techniques
Proficiency in statistical software and coding languages (e.g.,
SPSS, R, SAS, Python)
Experience with graph databases and analytics; Workday experience
is a bonus
Ability to work effectively both independently and
collaboratively
