A company is looking for an Implementation and Delivery Manager
- Mortgage Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects to ensure alignment with organizational
objectives and deliver measurable value
Streamline business processes to enhance operational effectiveness
and member satisfaction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage resources and
ensure seamless project execution
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management,
or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions
operations
Experience with Mortgage Lending Processing highly preferred
Certification in Project Management or Business Process
Improvement/lean preferred
