Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to grow various
insurance segments
Lead and facilitate training sessions and sales call calibrations
with leadership
Collaborate with departments to enhance the outbound sales process
and coaching practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or
a related field
Current Life/Health insurance license is required
1 to 3 years of experience in sales positions with
government-funded products
1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a managed care or health
insurance environment
Knowledge of CMS rules and regulations
