Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager, North
America.
Key Responsibilities
Expand accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell opportunities
and developing qualified leads
Manage client retention and secure contract renewals by
collaborating with internal teams
Oversee service delivery and ensure high client satisfaction while
managing margins at the deal level
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or MBA
desirable
10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in technology
companies
5+ years of experience selling technology services, including
software support and managed services
Proven track record of sales achievement and managing client
accounts
Experience in Oracle and/or SAP markets and ERP software ecosystems
is desirable
