• Own the development and implementation of complex supply chain planning and network processes to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment
• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain network
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions to support supply chain planning and network processes, ensuring alignment with Roche's global IT strategy and standards
• Provide consultation and organizational change support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education with 5 years professional experience in a related; OR 3 years with a Master's degree
  • Business fluency in English
  • Travel internationally up to 25%Preferred
    • University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Business Information Technology or similar with in-depth specialist knowledge incl. extensive process knowledge and experience in intercompany supply chain planning and execution processes (ideally based on SAP)
    • Practical experience in the field of logistical processes and IT systems, in particular in analytics and reporting solutions, as well as practical experience in project management and applies it safely even in complex or critical situations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and dynamic business environments
    • Consistent record of driving impactful change and delivering results in supply chain management and process optimization
    • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate optimally across teams and functionsRelocation benefits are not available for this postingThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $78,400 - $145,600. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
