Blue Flame is a fast-growing company that manages five hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).Responsibilities

• Revenue: Aggressively pursue revenue goals, effectively utilize yield management and revenue maximization tools, prepare/manage the annual budget and revenue forecasts, and develop and implement hotel positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible profit.
• Sales and Marketing: Utilize Sales Pro as a company profile database and track sales calls, saturate accounts, review and analyze the STR Report weekly, review and approve any special corporate negotiated rates, and coordinate, sell, book, and prospect all sales aspects.
• Leadership: Motivate, coach, and train team members, set goals and hold team members accountable, provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition, demonstrate a strong work ethic, communicate effectively, and promote collaboration to nurture a positive, professional work environment.
• Community Involvement: Ensure good standing in the community by developing and maintaining relationships with the Chamber of Commerce, the Convention and Visitor's Bureau, other hotels, local schools, local government, and other community and civic organizations.Minimum Requirements
• At least an associate's (2-year) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales coordinator/manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills.
