Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing Operations to join our team at Waterford Place Health Campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our residents.Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and service.
• Staff Development: Collaborate with the Director of Health Services to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team, ensuring that our staff has the necessary skills and training to provide high-quality care.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, ensuring that our nursing department meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing for facility surveys and accreditation programs, ensuring that our nursing department is in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting, as necessary.Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current, valid state RN license and current valid CPR certification
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours; ability to lift at least 50lbsWhat We Offer
