Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to
lead engineering excellence on the Salesforce platform and enhance
DevSecOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and configure the Copado platform, ensuring operational
efficiency and identifying improvement opportunities
Collaborate with security and development teams to implement
comprehensive security practices throughout the development
lifecycle
Evaluate and refine tools and processes to empower teams and foster
automation across all environments
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of related experience or 6+ years with an
advanced degree
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools
like Copado
Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and
sandboxes
Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex and
Lightning Components
Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and
implementation
