Key Responsibilities
Manage up to two teams of engineers, providing guidance and
mentorship
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize
product roadmaps
Drive technical decision-making and ensure high standards of
quality and reliability
Required Qualifications
4+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of software engineering management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Experience developing software for consumer-facing products
