Job Description:

A company is looking for a Community Education Manager to enhance community education and support programs related to Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT).



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive virtual education strategy, including webinars and online workshops
Lead the planning and execution of national and regional patient conferences, ensuring all logistics and engagement aspects are coordinated
Oversee the creation and distribution of educational resources for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in public health, education, event management, social work, communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in community program management, patient advocacy, or nonprofit management, preferably in healthcare or rare diseases
Passion for social impact and supporting a nonprofit focused on patient communities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet key deadlines
Experience with Salesforce, Classy, and Wordpress
